    I have lowered the BIN from $180 to $120 for the next 5 hours as i need a quick sale the site gets about 20+ new themes submitted every day it was PR4 and its now PR3 it makes about $10++ per month from adsence but its hard for me to say as i have other sites that use adsence also so it could be much more but it im saying $10 to be safe. I was also selling text link at $10 each per month.

    It as 900 themes in the database that have been submitted and there's about 500++ more that have not been reviewed yet.

    The site is well indexed also with over 2400 pages in google:

    You got any analytics stats? Where is the traffic coming from? Also how much bandwidth do you use per month?

    Traffic is all free from other theme sites and search engines mostly from google. It uses very little bandwidth about 900Mb per month.

    How many members are there? Is there any sort of CMS for the site? Have you got any traffic stats screenshots? The extra 500 themes, are they user submitted or have you found them?

    Also, do the footer links need to stay in place? Or can they be removed?

    Theres a admin panel where you review the themes that are submitted ive not submitted any themes they have all been submitted by theme designers etc.

    As for the footer links they can be removed.
