Free Wordpress Theme Help...

    I downloaded a free wordpress theme and want to install Google Analytic tracking within it. However when I try and edit the theme pages i'm met with:

    is this something that is normal with free wordpress themes ?

    You can still add your Analytics code. That information there is just so you give the credit to the person who created the theme. That's why its free.

    Why not just go to your widgets -> add in a text widget and then paste your analytic tracking code there?

    lol.. That code reminds me of Jinsona. Anyway, I suggest you add a plug in.. from Wordpress Extensions for analytics. Or you can just add the code below that footer code..

    I personally suggest u add it in your header.php or index.php :D
