Noupe is a great site for all sorts of things Wordpress and css. Its not mine (wish it was) but I share Noupe regularly because it is about the best resource I have found out there for Wordpress help, themes and plugins.

I tried and tried to find a free theme that I could use for my make money blog, httP://hillbillydirect.com but ended up purchasing a theme package and paying someone to customize it for me and design a logo for me. Depending on how picky you are with what you want, you can use free themes. If your picky though, chances are you will be needing to hire for the final customization fine tuning.
