Free Week at my place in Costa Rica - link required

I own a small beachfront resort and manage several beachfront rental houses on Plazya Zancudo, Costa Rica.

In my quest for one-way links I am considering a lottery style drawing for one week free in one of my beach houses. To participate, and finally win the stay, you must place a link to my website on your site, one-way.

I have seen this done before, whereby webmasters will run a comp, or simply ask people to blog abou them and email them the link.

or you could just list your property in the rentals section of my website and get a link plus probably get some action on it :] But yeah i think it does sound like a good idea and is pretty unique I have not seen too many people doing this might even be the first that i have seen
