Why are you selling this site?
The site is a micro-niche site that targets various standard and long-tail keywords. I have done extensive research in order to pick the perfect set of keywords to target. I have also created original content on the website to allow for improved search rankings.

I am selling the site as I have created it with this purpose. I will be creating various niche-based sites in the future and will be listing them for sale as well.

I have also conducted a basic SEO service on this website.

How is it monetized?
Google AdSense, Affiliate Marketing.

There is a lot of potential for monetizing the site, so additional methods can also be implemented. Visitors will be looking for ways to get traffic to their website, so advertisements in and around this niche would do great.

Does this site come with any social media accounts?
Yes. I have a Facebook fan page for the site.

How much time does this site take to run?
None really. All the content have been created. Doing one or two SEO-related tasks a week could get the rankings up.

What challenges are there with running this site?
None really. I've already completed a basic SEO campaign, which should start showing results soon. Other than that, basic SEO campaigns such as social signals, content marketing and a bit of social marketing could help boost traffic.
