I am looking for a free website designer, that will allow you to design the site for free(with the template drag and drop), this will be for a person who has no html experience. But they don't want the free hosting, the domain name has already been purchased through 1and1. Is there a site that will allow you to create this for free and then download the files to your p.c. and upload them to a different host? If this option is not available what is the best free designer that will host your site for a reasonable monthly rate $2-$5 a month. They don't want any of free designer site's ads on the site. Free websites are really not that good. That's why they are free. Check Google or Microsoft Office. I know they do free sites. They are pretty dull however!
You could try Wix. I haven't used it personally, but I know that it can design sites. As for all the other details regarding this program I have no idea. That's my 2 cents.
