Free Website Design And Hosting with no cost at all

    hello friends
    is it possible to build a website and float on the net,that is ,publish without incurring any cost.i mean how to get free web hosting.what software one can use to make site.Is it possible to insert adsense code etc by using the website design software?
    please help me if anybody has the answer

    Is it just me or is that post totally confusing?

    You can probbaly snag some free hosting from somewhere. about a web design (a template + script) you can find them on the internet for free but it depends what you want. almost any template can have adsence integrated.

    domains are very cheap these days.....One and one offers hosting for about 2.50 a month.
