On your submit page, the description field for "link type" says "Email" (again).

I like the unique setup and design.

You will probably be getting some submissions without categories. When you go to a category and then submit, it doesn't fill in the category field.

FYI when you submit a site the form has "Your E-mail" listed next to the dropdown for type of link. Looks like it was duplicated from the e-mail box above.
