    Wow are you kidding!

200GB - 300GB Bandwidth is almost impossible for a free hosting account. Your best bet is just to go to a paid host because even if someone does offer you this bandwidth, it will be oversold and you will risk loosing your account.

Just remember bandwidth is very expensive, it is one of the most expensive things regarding to a hosting account, there is always someone left to pay the bill and that is why most free hosting providers fail because they don't make enough income to cover the costs.

What kind of site do you need 200-300 gb of BW?
There is no possible way that you actually get that much BW for free or even be able to use it on an "unlimited paid plan."

Do the simple math.... cheap server 1500 gb bw and licensing costs $100+/month, so how many clients can that server support if everyone got 300gb of bw?

One day people will realize that there is no UNLIMITED, you may get "unmetered" but even on your own dedicted server with an unmetered 10Mbps port you will get 3000gb/month, but since that same 10Mbps port is shared with 10 other servers how much will you actually get to use.

If you have a site using 300GB per month and you can't afford to pay for a decent hosting account you need to re-examine your site and find ways to either make some money or reduce your resources.

Wow... chances of getting that on a free host are slim. If you are using that much bandwidth, surely you are getting enough money from revenue to purchase paid hosting.

If you do find a free host offering what you are looking for, there is a gurantee that if you use close to what you want they will ban you. Its impossible for a free host to offer services like that and without ads.

If i were you i would just go with a small paid plan for now and then upgrade onces your sites start to pick up.

Find a host that has a small plan and also offers larger plans so if you need to grow you can stay with the same company.

Oxyhost or oxyrack. Oxyrack is offering cpanel whereas oxyrack host is on Layeredpanel. Both are good for support and features. i also have account with oxyrack. Servers are also very fast. (even faster than may popular paid hosts). But higher plans require 50 posts per month in their forum.
