Selling Free webhost in disrepair for sale to anyone who will take care of it

Site currently sees around 150 visits a day (google analytics) on user pages.

It was a very explosive free webhost and at it's peak was bringing in a quarter of a million pageviews a month. Currently it gets a little more than 6k.

I sold it in that auction and spent a month transferring the webhost to the buyer who stopped returning my calls, causing me to lose all my new memberdata, causing hte site to go down, and basically for a few months the site was broken and in disrepair.

I got it back up and working, however.

It costs $66/m, and currently does not make much money (maybe $10/m on YPN).

I want to sell this site because the first hard drive (80GB) has been gilled and it needs a second one or some spring cleaning to free up some space. I have gotten out of the website game due to personal issues and don't really want to pursue this so if anyone want to take this off my hand, please, make an offer.

Site has a very nice unique design, SEO work, lots of backlinks, a good brandable domain. All it needs now is a new HD so new users can sign up, and someone to put a little effort in to it and it'll make you money.

 

What kind of ballpark amount are you trying to get for this site?

So your saying it was making $160 per month with 2200 users when you sold it on Flippa, now you have 5000 users, but only make $10 per month?

 

I'd like the details. Revenue proof, traffic proof, user proof, as well as ownership proof.
