Free web service to get PR of all pages (up to 500) on a website:
http://www.pagerank-monitor.com/

You enter in a URL and it will crawl the domain and display all the pages on that domain along with the corresponding PageRank.

To build PR on inner pages you get what are known as deeplinks. Basically get external links pointing not to your main page, but to internal pages instead.
