I am selling 270mb.com, a free web hosting provider. The site is new and has around 350-400 users monetized by AdSense and AdsCaptcha. It is currently hosted on a dedicated server with cPanel ($99 for the server and $30 for cPanel.)

Server Specs:

Intel E5300
4GB RAM
500GB HDD
100TB Bandwidth (1x gigabit ports)
QuadraNet Data Center

You can easily move it off of the server and onto any other cPanel hosting option (will assist with the transfer.) The site is new but it is very brandable and can be profitable. It is currently indexed on 4-5 of the major free hosting review sites and generates it's own traffic without any paid advertising.

Reason for selling: I just don't have the time to monetize it and maintain it as I have other projects that require my time.

I am open to offers on the site and will note that it includes the domain name, forum (no activity), and server transferred (if you wish). I will only accept PayPal and only from a verified account. Please have at least one positive iTrader feedback or a decent number of posts in the community. Don't be afraid to offer; if it's reasonable and fair, you never know!
