Free Web Hosting Or Max. 10$ a Year

    I am looking for good free web hosting or max. I can spend in 10$ a year on hosting. SO any free hosting which might be suitable for me ? I just want to host a phpbb forum and the main thing i want is that my website should not go down. Thats it. Nothing else.

    do you think in free hosting someone will be working for you for 24 hours to monitor server for no profit

    I assume that it will be more secure to choose paid host that has nice reputation.

    If you want to try free then Awardspace free hosting may be a good place to start. I have seen some similar thread before asking for cheaper, around $6 / year so I think you may search to find out.
