    Hi,
This is re-list, previous winner didn't complete the transaction due to payment issues.

    Here you go again:
I am selling my Free Web Hosting Business, high uniques per day and very high hits per day (around 400,000 Hit/day)

Few marketing campaigns have been deployed so i guess with the some extra budget you can double that number.

Revenue is from (adsense, link sales), site get around $700+ /month from those combined.

NOTE that revenue is WITHOUT forced ads, once you switched the forced ad on you can triple that amount.

Please find below screen shots and detailed info:

Cost: We got a dedicated server from HiVelocity with special rate of $69/month - Normal rate of that server is $99/month.

Server Specs: Intel 2.0 Ghz, 1GB Ram, 120G HDD, 6 IP addresses

Mixed, some of them long term some short.. it is all up to you when sell them, never easier selling links on high traffic site.

i used to sell $45 per link for short term, $60-$70 long term.

    Hi

Whenever the new user register you don't reserve that amount for that user, script simply expand by usage, many users register needing small amount for both traffic and space. once the usage base expanded to reach the server capacity there i have to upgrade to another server.

    Is this still for sale?

Also, you can't really switch on forced ad if your homepage advertise no forced ads, can you?

Can new owner take over your hosting account?

Please PM traffic stats since inception, and let me know if you are selling links on homepage only, or member's page.

    Thanks,
    Steve

how comes you have gained such a high rank all of a sudden near the end of march and april but before that you were nowhere to be seen on the alexa graph?

how have you started to get the traffic in? is it natural? have done paid advertising campaign? is it through forums?

Alexa ranking can be manipulated, that's why. The seller has posted this sale in multiple forums and never seem to want to respond... a pretty clever ad for his site in disguise if you ask me, or he could be just busy :)

Free Hosting is all about trust, i have seen my self 10's of free hosting business open and closed in no time, thats why customer has no faith is such business, but when you are providing a stable service for good time along with many good features including the uptime good percentage then clients start to have some faith in your service, user base increased in a good way so traffic increased in a good way as well, i guess once they count on your host they will do some advertising for their websites which lead additional exposure.

but to be frank, in march i started a small advertising campaign (adwords, yahoo, some text link exchanges, forum postings etc..) which helped the over all increase of traffic.

Site is in Pending Payment, there is a serious buyer and we are discussing some minor issues.

    To answer your other questions:
    - Owner can for sure take the hosting account with that special prices we have.

    - It is all up to you to decide if you want to force ads or not, once you did you have to change the feature list in the main page to omit the No-Advertising feature.
