    there is no cpanel link nor does it tell me how to setup cron

    Hello,

    this webhosting runs on LayeredPanel, which is not cPanel as you think of it! Therefor it is not normal link to cPanel i would guess ;) And i would think that you loose a lot of features in LayeredPanel, so maybe cron is not there?
