Yes, they are you free. Regular links with reciprocal: You don't have to provide a link back, you can keep the reciprocal blank empty and it will submit your web site !!!
Agree with above, regular links with reciprocal is not free, and links with nofollow attribute is useless.
Please consider removing the nofollow from free submissions. It defeats the purpose of people submitting to directories.
I just checked it again, looks like it wasn't sending the links with out reciprocal back although it should, it was working before, but looks like i modified something and it isn't now, anyway... Payments removed, and it should work now. Thanks for reporting.
