Howdy people!

I wrote a web-app that will hopefully grow to the largest listing of web directories The list is searchable, sortable, and filterable and will soon contain an XML feed so other sites or Applications can use my xml feed for their own purposes. This was just released today, so the listing is still pretty small... will need all your help to fill her up

The script's PR, GBL, YBL, Alexa, etc... is updated hourly - so if your directory stats aren't correct the second it's listed... please give it an hour

It looks like a hit, i've submitted what's on my sigs. I do like the simplicity of it, the colors (though purple?) and the fact that submitting takes a couple of seconds. Hope as you say it's sortable unlike many of this listing sites that I find those list a pain to look at, yours on the other hand was suiting, maybe because you don't have much or maybe it's well organize.

hehe, thanks wwws! I just wanted to make something easy for web directory submitters to manage their submissions (and also easy on the eyes)

I'll be adding two features when I get the time - ability to setup your own accounts (which have sites). Then you can go through the entire list per site - and see which sites you have submitted and which have not. (Also included, will be tagging so you can search and sort and setup the lists you want). This will be in the future, but thanks for submitting and keep um coming peeps!

The more submitters I get, the more features I'll add!

What script are you using ? Is that proprietary work somehow? Could I have something similar ..

 

The script: I just wrote from scratch

I will be releasing an XML and RSS feed (RSS for Latest directories added) someday so you could use the XML feed in your own sites - filtered and sorted in any fashion.

The script on the other hand is not really for sale... We could definitely work out a deal though if you are interested, hehe.

But, the XML will be for External apps and web-apps so they can update their own DB's from our reliable xml stream (real apps like IBP or other submission tools)

You're ebusiness-directory.com was already in our database, just wasn't approved yet (that's why you couldn't add it, but still couldn't see it)

It is now approved and visible on the site

Yup, wrote it all from scratch.
