Free Web directory completing first year

Hi,
I am the webmaster of http://www.loyalmart.com a free web directory for Indian Business and services.

We have two Segments:
Free Ads : for Indian Only
Free Links Exchange : for any one in the world.

We will be completing our 1st year in Sept. so requiring good amount of Links and Ads for the site.

Previously I was working for a web development company as SEO and now i have taken some more time to improve this site.. if you have some suggestion please DO send me a PM.

 

My vote is totally no...because i'm not indian.

as i said i was working for a company i could not get much time for www.loyalmart.com, my contract with the company is going to be completed in Sept. and then i will have full time for www.loyalmart.com,
I am planning to have country based subdomains.
My main focus is not links exchange.. because a Mart with Loyalty has so much things to do..
Selling Goods and services like computers, domains, shoes, office stationery.. i am trying to build a complete PHP based structure for www.loyalmart.com/

I don't think adsense can give me that will feed my family .

Loyalmart is Open for ALL.

Just [text] advertising is open for Indians as i don't have much space to grow right now....
