Hi, I am offering a service that I will create a web based application such as CRM etc for FREE. Here are the terms. 1. I will require a $100 deposit at the beginning. However these $100 will be credited to your account at a later point. It is simply to ensure that if you disappear I will have some money to show for the work I did. 2. After the application has been completed, the system will run on my server (you can either forward your domain to my server or do an frame) 3. When you start using it you will pay for the usage of the application. We will agree on a minimum price per month and a per record price. So for example we would say per record $0.10 but minimum $30.00 per month. (That was just an example and will be discussed individually) 4. Once a certain amount of money has been paid I will be happy to hand over the source code of the application. 5. Maintenance will be included but be limited to a certain number of hours per month.
