    and the price is 299$ Yearly

    i know someone who does it for 105$ a year (i won't post detail in public) but you site shouldn't be against yahoo terms

    Yahoo! directory is a paid directory, so, you can try other directories. Otherwise you have to pay for it.

    You can submit into DMOZ directory it is free and also a very strong for site backlink.

    I don't see any free ways. Yahoo is a paid directory and one submission will cost you 400 $.

    It is not a free directory.
    The only way I know .............is to hack their site.
    Do not mind of course,you can still submit to other top ranking free directories.Yahoooo is crap
