    these are some features i require:
    250mb space
    .htaccess allowed
    PHP/Mysql (2database)
    file_get_contents enabled in PHP.

    as its new site, so i dnt know about bandwidth... almost 5gb is better i think.

    File_get_contents means
    allow_url_fopen and allow_url_include must be enabled from
    PHP.ini

    doubt anywhere will let you do the especially for free.
    try hostevery.com, there pretty good. ask them first just to be safe but there cheap and reliable. As for thee installation i could get you a nulled version of ipb 2.3.5 which is latest and install. If you want a price just ask. I own warez-pro.com thats a legit liceanse but ive installed all sorts of ipb, nulles and legit. And if you want any mods installing i can help you there aswell.
