    Hey guys,

I got some question. Free search engine submission or paid search engine submission is better. Any good website on it?

Could you be more specific? Basically it is just better to add links going to the site then submit sites throgh forms.

Go to the search engine and there should be a link to add your site. The paid search engines just do that too, so why pay them to do it?

There is no need to submit our sites to the search engines. You would only need to submit a Google Sitemap and attract inbound links.

It is up to you, I used free submission for basic SEO purposes, paid submissions are done if you are desparate enough. :)

Generally, paid submissions wil get your site reviewed faster. If time is of essence, go for it. But are you really asking about PPC adds as opposed to organic SEO? If so, PPC adds will have a faster impact, but will be more expensive in the long run. I would start with PPC and optimize my site at the same time. As time goes by and your organic SEO starts to take effect, you will have the option of quitting the PPC campaign.

Paid search engine submission? Don't waste your money. I don't even bother submitting my site to search engines directly.

I simply build a backlinks, and lots of them. Through article marketing, blogging, forum posting, and reciprocal linking mostly. Also some directories here and there, but I don't waste too much time and those.

The search engines will index you naturally through links to your site through my experience, and probably a lot faster you can get some high PR links to your site.

Well, it really depends. As far as Search Engines are concerned, when they crawl, paid or free links would probably give you the same preferences.

However, some sites may guarantee listing if you pay and get some premier listings which would be good for people actually using those directories. Some may reject your links or takes months before deciding whether to include your links if you do it free. Paid may get it in faster.

However like any business, a directory site and search engines would most likely need to make money in order to survive.

No search engine submission is needed. All SE`s will pick up your site from links.
NEVER pay for search engine submission.

Can't hurt, I use addwebpro to start, I think it miight help speed things up. But even better is to buy a link to you from a p56 or better site. Those get spidered weekly and any domains on there get instantly listed.

Don't need to submit your site on search engine just wait for them to crawl your site.

If only a few pages are indexed its not because of lack of submissions. Its because your pages are not unique enough, or else they WILL be indexed. In general, the higher PR links you have incoming the more often you get crawled.

So I have links on PR 5 sites (even one on a PR 8 site) yet mine has no PR
Still seems like something is wrong. Not thoroughly indexed and no PR

Submission is unnecessary. Just get a few good links to your site, and the search engines will find it. If you don't have those links, submitting won't help your site rank.
