AVG and Avast are certainly the best. But I'd suggest you purcahse a full security product as son as you've removed any threats. You also get a firewall and antispyware with that

 

but avast is now free for one year (premium version)

 

I think you should try Comodo anti-virus or the avira anti-virus for complete scan your system. Another install malware bytes that will scan and remove malwares, trojans and spywares from your system and your system will be ok.

I think, it would help.

I’m using Avira which is free antivirus scanner which could be termed as best scanner. I am using Avira since 2009 and I am really happy with it. I also recommend downloading this one immediately and save your PC for Malware of Spyware viruses.
