I would like to start a Funny Videos website, where or how can I find videos that I can legally put in my website for free without violating any copyrights or anything. I see other websites with funny videos but I am not sure if they pay other people or if visitors post them or what. Any advise will be highly apreciated.
well alot of videos on the more popular sites are user submitted so the legalality is left upon the user who submits the video. Other then that I don't see many people following rules most times when one site updates with a funny video they all follow suit.
