    Yeah i agree with cheather. And if you want to make slides show then use windows movie maker.

    If you have access to a mac, iMovie is very good and you can easily export to youtube with it.

    You can also use some great online services like FlixTime.com and Animoto.com both of which are very easy to use, and put out high quality videos.

    For free, If you have a mac
    imovie is first choice.
    if you have a windows
    Windows Movie Maker is great for basic editing.
    Personally, I use AVS Video Editor, They cost money though, but you can download and try it out.
