Free Video Editing Software

    Hi guys,

    What would everyone suggest as a good, free, video editing program. I dont need anything too fancy, just something which preferrably has a small learning curve, is compatible with all the main video file formats, to do a few simple tasks like adding text to videos, removing certain parts of a video, and stuff like that.

    Any suggestions?
