Hello there, So I'm trying to sell SEO but I find it impossible to talk to prospects even when the focus is on more customers, more money, more recognition since I've never done this before. I'm completely green, like I know what keyword research is but have no idea how to do it or anything else for that matter. Especially not how to discern if an client site is good to go for SEO work or not, what are good keywords to go after, how to ensure an campaign is successful provided I outsource, etc. I want to talk like they waited 10 years to get ahold of me and everything changes from this point on. Mind you, performing the SEO work doesn't interest me even a little bit, I much rather get clients but getting your hands dirty helps with closing and I want to know how to at least do the propeller work and know how to ensure an campaign is successful so I can hire and charge what I want. So here's the deal, I work for free to rank 1 or 2 of your sites - get familiar with the process in the effort of sales. In that time I'll be trying to sell and I can just pass the client to you and collect 15% every month. So this is really for people who are already successful, I mean if you have an successful SEO sales process to teach me all the better - I'm ready to attract clients even with cold calls.
