Shouldn't this information be on Miscrosoft's site ? And my system clock is set correct but my browser is saying that the certificate for the site is not authanticated. Why is this happening ?

I just opened it and it opened perfectly for me..

 

I don't know enough about these things to know if its legitamite or not so I just made it non-live. (Since it was reported)

The Whois resolves to MS but the certificate is indeed dodgy.
