Free traffic, targeted?

    Hey guys, anyone had any success with traffic exchange site? Sites like traffic swarm or instant buzz...just to name a few.

    I have tried several of them but not much luck. It seems like most of the people are just clicking and they dont seem very interested in buying or acting.
