[Free Tool] Keyword Anchor Text Distribution Optimization using Excel + Solver

    Here's a sweet little Excel tool that I made that I think you might like. It quickly optimizes anchor text distribution data, telling you how many links to build in order to achieve "optimal" distribution of anchor text (exact, phrase, brand, other, url).

    You will need access to a backlink index such as Open Site Explorer to get anchor text link data.

    i will use it , but it is .xlsx file
    will it work if i converted it to
    .xls file .

    It should work back to 2003, assuming you have the Solver function :)
