Free to submit deeplink sites

I was reading an interesting thread here titled 'Link Building Tips and Resources' and got to thinking wouldnt it be nice to have a list of sites that allow free deeplink submissions.

Sorry I havent got any or if you have come in here looking for a list from me but if anybody could add site url's I think we could build a valuable list we could all benefit from.

Perhaps if it takes off make this tread sticky?

Tried your ulr with no luck so Googled hioppip://pingomatic.com/ and it led me back to this forum post.
