Each website being joined here has the same chance to be browsed as others. At the beginning of free membership, each website has 10 points to start. Every time when to be browsed, its points will be decreased by 1 point. On the other hand, if the website's owner browses an other website, the points of his/her website will be increased by 1 point. When a website arrives to zero point, it cannot be browsed any more. That's rules! It's simple to say that we are egal to have rights and duties on browsing or being browsed. Yes, thanks. I do it as some PTC clonings, but free. I really need a better layout, but it seems that I will look for a free template; I can write some PHP scripts, but not good at designing layout.
