you cant basically

to be able to send text messages you need specialist hardware not just a script. The majority of sites like these dont have the hardware but are using 3rd party suppliers of such services.

When you sign up to a text service you will be given the script to use - in some cases there is no script at all just a straight forward form that you submit directly to their site.

 

I wrote a PHP script that uses a 3rd party supplier too.
