    Like a Text MUD game? Alot. I'd guess, $200+ bucks for a simple one made in java. But I'm no expert, nor do I know much about it. I'm just someone who knows java is complicated and programing is expencive.

    There are many open source MMORPGs that you can download, if you wanted one made people are willing to do so from $100-$1,000. Depending on your needs, speaking from experience.

    The script should be in PHP and should be text based. such as monstersgame.co.uk and Dark Pirates. Anyone knows any free ones ? And can it be done with 200 bucks ?

    It can be done with $200 bucks easily, the most popular type of text-based browser game for players would be a pimp style game.
