Looking for free website templates that are cool and could even be flashy. This is for a personal site that wants to put up a little music and art. If this question has already been answered in another area please direct me to the proper link. Thank you

Just be careful and make sure you're not downloading anything with spam links in the footer or anything, that's depressingly widespread. If you want something really professional looking you can try themeforest.net too, again it's not free but you can get HTML templates for about $14 so it's not going to break the bank.
