    I like the clean design. The ability to rate a tattoo is cool. Maybe put that on its own page? It's kinda gets lost at the bottom.

    2 coding problems. First, when you click the image of the submitted tattoo you get a server error. Also, the title for a particular tattoo, for example tattoosdesigns.net/viewpic.aspx?gallerypicid=90, the title of the page is "Title".

    Hi, Nice site!! You need to give your images titles... That way they can be found by search engines and in return get you more traffic...

    Nice site but I think you should put the ranking thing in the top of the main page so people know right away what is the reason of the page.
