I am after a tool that automatically follows people on Twitter on a daily basis. The tools should select the Twitter Accounts to follow based on their interests. Hopefully the tool will be free! Does anyone know of such a tool?
Is buzzom.com free? And does it automatically add new followers every day? This sounds stupid, but I can't even see where to signup on the home page!
Do you know is that is part of the free package or do you have to pay for these features? I also am confused about the site.
AutomaticallyYou.com - when they fix their bugs for non-US peeps *grr*.. is going to be the most "Twitter-Friendly" service online. But it will cost like.. $50/month. By Twitter-Friendly, I mean.. I had my accounts suspended for violating Twitters Rules.. (got them re-enabled) but Twitter does not allow people to use automatic software to follow people (the only thing they allow is people to autmoatically follow-back someone who has followed them), and my guess is that they find out about the "automated following" from the API calls that most software websites use. PhoenixTwitter was my fave desktop software for adding people in my niche, it lets you follow either people who were following someone in your niche (ie: a pro golf celebrity if your niche is golf), or it let you follow by keyword (golf lessons, etc). Its awesome and its free, but I am reluctant to use it now that my accounts were suspended. What AutomaticallyYou achieves, is the ability to "open up the twitter webpage" at certain intervals that you schedule and follow people manually, and naturally, from your computer. Very natural looking and "legal" in Twitters eyes. TwitterFriendAdder is another software I was using.. actually, I was using it to remove followers, but you can use it to add as well, however their follow kind of sucks unless you pay them a lot, because you can't follow by keyword with their standard version (apx $50? for a memory), but its great for unfollowing those who dont follow you back <Twitter hates that too so I'm also now reluctant to use it>. ThePowerTweet.com which is really cheap software (like $20) would absolutely rock if they could either change their API to say Web instead of API or let their software behave the same as AutomaticallyYou. I've written to them to see if their developers can make the changes but they don't reply to their emails.
I agree with rohnsmith. I just created a tweepi account for myself and I'm gonna find out how to use it.
