Free T-Shirt Contest

    I know free and contest don't quite go together but it's a math question. Has to do with the Hands of a clock bein on top of each other. Anyway, I'm giving away a t-shirt of my website but the contest is on my blog.

    Again, If you know when the hands of a clock match up on top of each other using seconds and hundredths of a second also. Can't use 12am/pm either. More information if you need it is on my blog.
