Hmmm... shouldn't be a problem 'cos I see few hundred submissions coming in with no problem.
Maybe at the time you submitted, the traffic is high. Please try to submit again and let me know if you still get same problem. I would want to fix it if it is a perpetual problem so your feedback would be appreciated.

Sorry but FREE submission window for Permanent regular links will be closed at 1600GMT today (8Dec2006) Will verify and approve your free regular submissions by early next week.
After that you can still submit Permanent Regular Links for only $2 for PR4 Hachisan and only $1 for PR3 OrbitBlue & Itecso . Featured links will be $4 for Hachisan and $2 for OrbitBlue & Itecso.
Sitewide links also available.
All Paid links submissions will usuallly approved within 24 hours.
