Yes, you can submit to every month for free. If you do not win this month, at least you will be entered into the competition all the other months. You probably noticed that monthly winners get their website featured throughout HomepageoftheMonth.com Thank you for your feedback about the site. You can checkout listings from every month just by typing in www.aprilhomepage.com or www.mayhomepage.com ...etc. This is obviously still a work in progress, but I wanted to create a site that new and experience webmasters could showoff their sites. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
