I listed my site a few weeks ago and got alot of attention but didnt get good bids. I am listing it again with a lower starting bid. Need a quick sale! www.PhatFreebies.com (site has some incomplete pages) Here we go: I need to sell my 1+ year old Freebies website as I am moving and havent had the time to keep it up and basically need the money to move. This is for serious buyers only. You need to be able to update the site and links in order to operate it. This can be done once a day or once every few months its up to you and how much you want to make. There is not an admin system or anything like that I use a sitebuilder and its like posting a message on here and making links. Although some web design experience helps. With that out of the way here we go: Earnings: Google Adsense: Has been earning around $30 the last few months and growing a lil. October earnings were $31.66 and September was $28.72. BulletAds.com (Affiliate Site) September $71.50 (varies monthly from $45-$95) UPDATE: October was a down month and only earned $38.50 because links were out dated (no time to update) UPDATE: Updated homepage links and site is back o track to earnings reg. income of about $70/month with bulletads Other Affiliate Sites used: Less than $15 a month (CJ, Maxbounty etc.) Traffic: I use AddFreeStats.com (not great). Daily 45-85 uniques avg. daily Best day was 295 uniques on October 8th 2007 and 1060 pageviews (not a typical day came outta nowhere) Monthly in September 2007 1633 uniques and 4134 pageviews So far in October 1571 uniques and 4534 page views in 17 days. Yes I have screen shots. Almost all traffic comes from link exchanges with other "Free Sites" so the link exchanges are vital to the site. There are maybe 15 important exchanges and the rest are non vital and could be removed if wanted. I can let you know. The site is very simple and doesnt have alot of pages in it. Some of the pages are incomplete and I do not have the time to finish them so this could be somewhat a project if you wanted to sharply increase the revenue. This site has major potential to earn $x,xxx per month with the right traffic (I am not considering potential in my price). Domain is at Yahoo and same with hosting. I used Yahoo SiteBuilder to build the site. I am not an expert at this so it could be tricky and the buyer would need some patience as I know it takes at least 5-7 days to transfer a domain from Yahoo (ive done it once before to godaddy for myself). If you want to keep the design the site has and as is you could use Yahoo hosting for about 12/month and the sitebuilder is free (so easy to use its crazy). Niche: Freebies, Free Stuff Alexa: 1.7 mill. Range PageRank: 3 (was 4 until a few weeks ago I dont know what happened!) UPDATE: most internal pages are now a PR 2! PLEASE READ THIS! SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY PLEASE! Please dont waste my time because I dont have alot to spare! The site is going to be sold without warranty of earnings because we cant assume you will earn exactly what I have but I dont see that being a problem.
