Are there any? I dont want to use a counter in exchange for free stat service. Does anyone know of any free progs?

You pretty sure have a free stats program running for your site already. If it's hosted someplace, ask them, if there's a Webalizer or AWStats running for your pages. If you want to beef the visuals up, you could use Photon Control, either the free service for small sites, or the Open Source package to install on your own server.
