Free software license for general use, paid license for help/support

    I'm developing web software, I'm thinking about distributing it with an unlimited free license.
    But if the user comes for support, it will be required a paid license.

    Basically the user gets the freedom to use the software's full version without restrictions and I get the freedom to charge the support.

    Is this a good idea or not?
