    you make good back link to put link in signature but u never sell your signature admin will ban you hehe

    Don't depend on free software for link exchange, you don't know where you linking and where your backlinks is coming from. It might get your site penalty by google if it is from bad neighbourhood. I suggest you to do it manually and it is the best choice.

    I suggest you to do link exchange manually for avoiding problems. Try to use Social Bookmarking, Directory Submission, Article Submission for getting backlinks. Please dont stick on single method for getting backlinks.

    do it manually,that way you can pick the best sites with high PageRank and not worry about getting penalized by google.

    do it manually like bookmark your site pages, directory submissions and article submission and post the comments for some do follow blogs.
