Just so you know, to send SMS from a webpage, you have to have a contract with a service provider - they usually have their own APIs / ways to hook up your system to theirs, so it would be prudent to have this in place before starting to code, as the code probably would have to be changed to fit different service providers.

Of course, you could probably solve it differently, but the service provider approach would probably be the cheapest, easiest solution. Given, "cheap" in this case isn't necessarily "cheap"...

 

You can send an SMS message without paying anything if you know the provider of the person you're sending it to. PM me and we can discuss it.

 

How in the world do you do that, I wonder?
