Free Small VPS is it really???

    I want use small vps:
    32-48 mb RAM
    1-3GB HDD
    5-10GB Traffic
    It is desirable that there was a control panel
    , What is SolusVM, or similar.

    Only I want that it was free, or with a small initial ona time payment.

    You don't need a VPS for a small blog... you should be looking for shared hosting...
