    i know its simple at the moment but i have found people like simple sites

    It's certainly simple, which as you said, is a good thing. One thing I would do is add "Convert Your Favorite MP3 into a Ringtone!" (Or something along those lines) right under the logo - in text for seo purposes.

    Maye a small guide, it looks too plain, and simple. It looks like a page with a logo and an ad below it.
