Free site search

Does anyone knows free search script for a site ? coz as I undertand google site search is paid.

 

You can write the script by yourself.

 

I have used http://www.jrank.org in the past. It takes a day or so to get crawled and indexed, but once done, it works very well.

 

Something is wrong with context in code or else

 

i had some trouble at first too - it just takes a while for that first crawl but is pretty good after that. if you're not getting any error messages, i would give it a day and then it should start giving results
