    oscommerce is simple to use. Magento is little complicated and not advised for beginners

    If you have tried oscommerce, your should really try Zen-Cart. It's like an already modified oscommerce. Magento is somewhat harder to use at the beginning (if your a novice), but are very SEO friendly, free and professional.
