Idiot paypal. About a week ago I have sold a small site for $60. I was using a new paypal premier account(fully verified) for the transaction. A day later I was bidding on a pair of shoes on ebay won them and I was happy to pay via paypal. Then my phone rung. It was paypal and asked me few questions about the $60. I told them it was a digital product blah blah blah. They told me its fine. Next day I checked my Paypal account and it was limited. Not surprising. But I have checked the balance and found that the amount I spent on my shoes are on my balance. A day later I have received my shoes. So basically its a free pair of shoes, but cannot understand how it happened :S
